The feedback from the class was surprising.
At the next class we heard that one woman who hadn’t
slept well in years slept through the night and woke
up refreshed. The person going into the interview, got
the internship. There was more feedback, including plans
by at least one student to make her own self-hypnosis
tape. All told, I think you made quite a difference

I wanted to write you a quick note to thank
you and let you know how great I am doing. My panic
attacks have almost completely disappeared, and I feel
happier and healthier than I have in years! I've made
a few changes in my life, specifically my diet and I
try to do yoga and meditation every day. I feel our
session played an integral part in helping me get better.
Also, the stretches for my back and shoulders that you
suggested seem to be helping a lot with my breathing.
I'm running better than ever! I did 5 miles last night
effortlessly.
